This is a gentle, one-day retreat created especially for sensitive individuals who long to reconnect with themselves and like minded individuals in a deeper, quieter way. Through guided rest, reflection, movement, and stillness, you’ll step into the healing power of pause, one sacred breath at a time.
Regulate Your Nervous System
Let go of the internal alarms, the tension you’ve been carrying, the need to stay “on.” Through breath, movement, and rest, this retreat invites your body to soften. We’ll gently shift out of survival mode and into safety—one exhale at a time. This is where your nervous system learns it’s finally okay to relax.

You are not meant to keep pace with the noise of the world.
You have your own sacred tempo—slower, deeper, more intuitive.

After opening Introductions and intention setting we will move gently through a co-created day of support and gentle surrender.
