In the ancient tales of the Selkies — shapeshifting seal-women of the sea — we find a haunting truth: to live too long without our soul-skin is to begin to forget the ocean inside us. This two-day ritual retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself.

Soul Skin is a deeply immersive, creative, and ceremonial experience for women ready to reclaim the part of themselves that has been lost, hidden, or taken. Through myth, creativity, labyrinth ritual, and nature connection, you’ll journey back to the wild essence of your being — the place where your truth lives, soft and fierce and free.

What You'll Experience

• A sacred circle of a small group of woman, held with care and depth

• Storytelling of the Selkie myth, followed by open-hearted reflection

• Creation of your own “soul skin” — a shawl you’ll decorate with beads, thread, shells, and symbols of your journey

• Labyrinth ritual — walk the winding path to retrieve your soul skin from the centre

• Chant and song, as you are welcomed back by the community

• Connection with water — ocean, lake, or stream — as part of the soul’s return
