At Samhain the veil between worlds grows thin. This is the time to honour those who came before us, to walk with our ancestors, and to embody the living thread of memory. Together we will build an altar of remembrance, journey through guided meditation, and offer our bodies in movement medicine as prayer.

What to Expect

- Creating a shared ancestor altar with photos, candles, and offerings

- A drum circle of honouring to name or remember those who walked before

- Guided meditation/ Journey to step into the liminal and meet ancestral presence

- Movement medicine: guided and free movement, carried by drum and rhythm

- Closing gratitude and collective offering

What to Bring

- A photo or token of an ancestor you wish to honour (blood, chosen, or spirit lineage)

- Comfortable clothes for movement

- A shawl or blanket for meditation

- An open heart

This is a sacred time to remember and embody the presence of our ancestors. Together, we cross the threshold of Samhain with reverence, rhythm, and movement.
